I have achieved most things that I set out to do in life, although some things have taken longer than others, and whatever I say I will do will get done eventually. There are countries I would still like to visit such as Japan, Iceland, Lapland, Norway and Alaska (okay, I know it's a state but I still need to get there) so, hopefully, this will happen at some stage. As for my stories: well, they will become big sellers, animated cartoons and even films, but who knows when? Always think big, and from little acorns... 

I like most types of music but my roots have always been rock'n'roll, and in the true sense of the word rather than that same label which has laterly been given to bands. Blues comes a close second and swing is good too. My favourite musicians (and bands) include: Ray Charles, Willie Nelson, Louis Armstrong, Eva Cassidy, Bobby Darin, Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Nina Simone, Motorhead, Deep Purple, Stevie Wonder, Chuck Berry, Buddy Holly, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Frank Sinatra, Jimi Hendrix, The Hollies, to name but a few. I have been known to sing with the odd live band (and they have been odd believe me!) and I enjoy doing karaoke, regardless of anyone's opinion on this leisure pursuit because I find it to be a good medium for anyone to express themselves. I also play blues harp a little, usually when I'm alone 'cause nobody else wants to listen to me. Being pocket-sized, it is a great instrument to carry around with you, and once you are hooked on harmonicas you suddenly become aware that it is played on many records, most of which you would never have realised until you really start to listen.

Anything with cheese in it... very partial to cheese on toast, particularly burnt around the edges. Then spaghetti bolognaise with crusty French bread and lashings of butter, washed down with an ice-cold beer or more. Plenty of coffee next morning - real coffee that is, not yer instant rubbish or decaf... What's the point of that, huh? Keep it coming all day and stay wired, that's what I say.
